Hypermobility friendly movement education
Mado and Libby met in Yoga Teacher Training in 2004. They met Lisa in 2011 while they were all teaching at the same yoga studio. All three share a passion for providing smart movement and nervous system regulation to people living with hypermobility spectrum disorders.

Every class will include multiple options PLUS guidance for how to know which is right for you.

Each class will include techniques to calm your nervous system so that you recover more quickly.

Move your body with confidence by following the guidance of our experienced instructors.
