What to Expect:
We will meet weekly on Zoom to explore strategies for pain relief and relaxation. Therapy balls are small pliable balls can help you gain awareness of myofascial tension and pain patterns and provide relief for both. We will also explore our response to sensation and use breathing exercises to help our nervous system relax. After you register, you will receive guidance on your options to purchase self-massage tools.
